    • SINGLE STOREY REAR AND SIDE EXTENSION IN NORTH BRISTOL

    This is a single storey side and rear extension in a semi-detached house in North Bristol.

    The rear extension is 4 meters deep and has been designed to replace an old poorly built extension. The new flat roof design includes a lantern skylight to provide the space with plenty of natural light. A set of bi-folding doors has been designed to maximise views into the garden.

    The ground floor layout has been reconfigured to create a big open space to accommodate a kitchen, dining and living space. The side extension has a pitched roof profile and is 2.8 meters. It has been designed to accommodate a bathroom with shower and a corridor to connect the garage to the rear garden.
