This is a project for a single storey rear extension and garage conversion in a detached house in Stoke Bishop. 

The existing conservatory has been replaced with a new extension with a flat roof and lantern skylights have been designed to provide the space with plenty of natural light. The new large open space will now accommodate the kitchen and a dining and sitting area. One of the double garages at the front has been converted into a study and part of the second garage has been used to create a spacious utility room.
